Your dashboard

The moment you sign in, the dashboard shows where the business stands — firearms in stock, this month's acquisitions and disposals, stock value, and anything that needs you, like a certificate about to expire. Police notifications send themselves, so there's nothing to chase.

Tip The alert cards are shortcuts — click straight through to whatever needs attention.

Log an acquisition

Taking a firearm in? Acquire it in seconds. The guided form validates as you type and autocompletes makes, models and calibres, so records stay clean. Record whether it's new or used and who you took it from.

Tip New or used is captured here and stated on the police notification — forces ask for it.

Police notifications, handled

The moment a firearm changes hands, the right Form 11 goes to the right force — automatically, immediately, and on the record. Transfers and disposals always notify, so one can never be forgotten.

Tip If a force can't be reached yet, the notification waits as 'pending' and sends the moment it can — never silently dropped.

Contacts & licences

Store your certificate holders once. RFD keeps their FAC/SGC details, tracks the expiry date, and reminds you before it lapses — so a sale never stalls on an out-of-date certificate.

Tip Reminders appear on your dashboard and can nudge you by email.

Prove it in seconds

When an inspection comes, you're ready. The Activity Log is a full, time-stamped register of every transaction — filter to any period, section or type and export it to CSV or PDF. Or switch on Inspection Mode: a clean, read-only view an officer can review with no risk of change.

Tip Export “rifles disposed, this month” in two clicks.
